Loudoun County: Missing Sterling, VA Boy Found Safe & Sound

I wanted to make sure that this message got out to the community.  The missing boy was found on November 23, 2009 based on citizen phone call, so all the efforts that the Loudoun County Sheriff's office made to get the word out were well worth it!

Hi, Holly. Glad to read about the happy ending! I live in an equestrian community near Big South Fork National Park and so many people come for long weekends with pets. Quite often, there is a lost dog (and, on one occasion, a lost cat). I am the editor for the Trail Association newsletter so I frequently send out an "Amber Alert" for the lost pet and it is always such a pleasure to send out a follow-up a bit later, reporting that all is well!

Excellent news Holly.  I had not heard that this child had been found.  This gives hope to the parents of other missing children.
